Orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During sale periods or promotional events, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

All our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver and is nickel-free.

5. How should I care for my jewellery?

925 sterling silver may naturally darken or lose shine over time due to oxidation.
This is completely normal, especially for pieces worn frequently and in contact with the skin.
