Returns Policy
At Reyes Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind on most items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- It is returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or accessories that came with it.
- Shipping cost of the product for exchange, as well as the re-shipping cost of the new product, must be paid by the customer, except when the exchange or return was the responsibility of Reyes Jewellery, in which case, said shipping costs will be paid by our company.
- Hoops, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, even if the customer claims that they have not been used.
- The maximum period from when we receive the product for exchange until it is sent again is 10 business days. Business days are understood as: Monday to Friday.
Faulty or Defective Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item is:
- Faulty or damaged through no fault of your own.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an assessment.
How to Return an Item
In order to make the change, you must contact us at reyesjewellery@gmail.com with a brief description of why you want to make the change or return of the product and we will provide you with the steps to follow.
Note:
-When we receive the product, it will be evaluated that the product is unused and in perfect condition, and we will inform you if the request has been approved or rejected.

WARRANTY:
You will have a 6-months warranty from the time you receive the product, which you can use as long as the products have manufacturing defects or faults, in no way due to misuse or falls of the jewelry.
Note: This warranty does not apply due to mishandling, poor care and use of the products or natural deterioration from use (natural darkening from use, chains broken by pulling, scratches, etc.)
In order to carry out the guarantee, you must contact us at reyesjewellery@gmail.com, with a brief description of why you are requesting a guarantee on the product. Do not forget to attach photos and videos.
When we receive the product, your request will be evaluated, and we will inform you if the request has been approved or rejected.
